Yes. Wether you’re a group of 8 or 20, you’ll have exclusive access to the house, grounds, atrium dining hall, and enchanted forest.

Typically we encourage a minimum of two nights for the full experience, though shorter stays may be possible depending on the calendar.

This is a brand new taster event space and we really are open to hearing how you would like to use the space. Traditionally we have a two night minimum stay but as we are creating something a little bit special - we are open to the journey and your feedback. It has been designed for you so we would love to hear how you would like to use it?

Yes, most definitely - all beds are fully made with amazing quality linens, and towels, bathmats, hand towels and face cloths are provided for every guest.

Yes, it is. Enchanted is always prepared and styled just as you see in the photos, whether you are arriving as a group of eight or hosting up to twenty. The striped linens, the awnings, the botanical feature above the long table, and all the little touches are thoughtfully set for every arrival. We make sure the space feels beautifully dressed, inviting, and ready for you to step straight into your stay.

From barefoot elopements to birthday feasts, creative workshops to corporate retreats, or even themed evenings like murder mystery dinners - the space is flexible to your vision.

We can seat up to 20 seated guests at our Long Table in the atrium, with packages available for up to 8, 12, or 20 people. The accommodation sleeps up to 12 but we have some fabulous extra accommodation for those wanting extra space.

Enchanted is designed as an intimate, boutique gathering place, created with smaller groups in mind. For comfort, safety, and the way the property flows in all weather, we can welcome groups of up to 20 guests only. This also helps us meet our insurance requirements and ensures the spaces, furnishings, and indoor areas remain beautifully presented and protected.

Larger events can quickly outgrow the layout, especially if the weather turns, and we are not set up for big celebrations or marquee-style functions. Keeping numbers to 20 allows every group to enjoy the property just as it is shown, with plenty of room to relax and connect.

Yes. Enchanted is self-catering friendly. You can bring your own food, hire local caterers, or cook onsite.

We don’t provide catering ourselves, as Enchanted isn’t an event-organising service. The property is designed as a beautiful, flexible space for you to make your own, whether you’re gathering with friends, hosting a special dinner, or creating a moment that feels uniquely yours.

We are putting together a list of wonderful local catering options that know the West Coast well. You’re very welcome to choose the style that suits your group, and it will be up to you to contact and organise everything directly with your preferred caterer.

This keeps things simple and lets you shape your event in the way that feels just right for you.

While Enchanted does not have a commercial kitchen, it does have a wonderfully equipped home kitchen designed to make hosting easy and enjoyable for groups of up to 20. You’ll find everything you need for cooking and baking, including quality pots, pans, trays, utensils, and plenty of prep space.

The kitchen features a gas hob, two dishwashers, and two fridges - one of which is a large double-door fridge with chilled water, ice cubes, and crushed ice on demand. It’s all set up to give you generous storage and an easy flow for your food, drinks, and ingredients, so you can cook, gather, and share meals with ease throughout your stay.

Enchanted is already beautifully styled for your arrival, with a thoughtfully designed base setting that includes our linens, the awnings, the long-table florals, and all the details you see in the photos.

Any additional styling - such as extra florals, theming, or decor for elopements and special moments - is something you are welcome to organise yourself or arrange as a DIY project. We simply ask that all decorations are gentle on the spaces and that the property is cared for and left just as you found it.
