Enchanted Cancellation and Deposit Policy
Because Enchanted is an intimate, design-led venue with limited availability, each booking reserves the entire space exclusively for your group. To honour the preparation, staffing, and planning that goes into every stay or event, our policies are firm but fair, with plenty of transparency so you know exactly what to expect.
Refunds & Cancellations
Full Refund - up to 60 days before arrival
You’re welcome to cancel for a full refund more than 60 days before your arrival.
50 percent Refund - between 30 and 60 days before arrival
Cancellations made within this window receive a 50 percent refund.
Non-Refundable – within 30 days of arrival
Unfortunately, bookings cancelled within 30 days are fully non-refundable, as it’s unlikely we’ll be able to rebook the dates on short notice.
We warmly recommend event or travel insurance for added peace of mind, especially for weddings, elopements, birthdays, and group celebrations.
Event Security Deposit
For all event bookings of up to 20 guests, a $500 security deposit is required.
This applies to events booked directly with Host’d, Booking.com, Google & VRBO.
The deposit is collected at the time your booking is confirmed.
It is held securely for the duration of your stay or event.
Provided the property and hired items are left in good condition, the deposit is refunded within 14 business days after check-out.
This deposit helps cover any accidental damage, breakages, or additional cleaning needs that may arise during events.
Optional Additional Clauses
Date Changes / Rescheduling
Guests may request one complimentary date change outside the 60-day window.
Transfer of Booking
Bookings may be transferred to another guest with your written approval.
Vendor or Setup Adjustments
For events, changes to guest numbers close to the date may incur costs if vendors are already committed.
Force Majeure Clause
Extreme weather or circumstances beyond anyone’s control handled in line with your Terms & Conditions.
